Being the Mayor of Rye

In 2014 and 2015 I was the Mayor of Rye, The Right Worshipful to use the full title. It was a very demanding, challenging and exciting time for me and many of our customers were  rather thrilled that their pets were being cared for at the kennels by a real live Mayor although their pets were probably less impressed as long as they got their play time. My thanks to the customers who sent me photographs that they snapped at my various appearances. Its back to earth now, wellies and body-warmers rather than high heels and the magnificent chain of office.
